Speaking Through The Lens

I’ve always struggled to get my ideas off the ground and into some semblance of solidity. Art is hard. Creativity is hard. Expressing yourself thought these mediums can be even harder. Like my work, finding roots in a particular style or pattern is difficult. Like my mind, my art is shattered across many spectrums of light and color, ideas and plans - bright and vivid one moment, dark and brooding the next. I seek a thrill with what I create, yet a peace of mind is always welcomed into the fray. Suddenly, darkness takes hold, only to be drowned out by vibrancy and pure joy in the next moment. I’ve long since accepted that I don’t have a style, more like subjects I prefer to capture - the body, mind, soul of a being, living or dead. You will see various themes in these pages, from frolics in flowers to dungeon crawlers. But I promise you, each image has a captive purpose behind its pixels - my shaky hands snapping the shutter and muttering “yes, this is the One.”

Christine is a portrait, nude, and boudoir photographer located in the Tri-State area, based in Denville, New Jersey. She has been working as a professional photographer for over ten years, spending time researching techniques and honing her craft to better suit her client’s needs and her own visions. She prides herself on her visual and conceptual skills. She started off as primarily a natural light photography, but taught herself flash and artificial lighting techniques for indoor and night settings.

She is not only skilled behind the lens, but behind the screen. She is adept at Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, using both tools to organize, alter, improve, touch up, and export images to ensure the highest quality in her work.

She always has ideas in mind for shoots, a vast collection of props and items to enhance the images, and a semi-flexible schedule (when she isn’t working the night shift as a children’s psychiatric nurse). Rain or shine, day or night, she will better any condition to fulfil her visions. She is always looking for clientele…
